Download FoundUps on the App Store, tap Sign Up, and follow the prompts. You can use email and password or Sign in with Apple. Then pick your role — investor or founder — and complete the short onboarding flow.

Open the My Startup tab, fill in your startup details, then tap the Deck section to upload image slides. You can add up to twelve slides, reorder them by dragging, and replace any slide at any time. Investors view your deck one slide at a time while swiping.

The Swipe tab shows you one startup at a time filtered to your stage and industry preferences. Swipe right to signal interest or tap the like button. The founder then sees your profile and can approve or pass. If they approve, you both unlock a chat thread in the Chats tab.

This was a rate-limit issue from an earlier build. It is now resolved — new signups are confirmed instantly. If you still see it, email us with your signup email and we'll investigate.

Go to iOS Settings → FoundUps → Notifications. You can disable all notifications or allow only banners. In-app, push prompts you once after onboarding and respects your choice afterwards.

Your deck is only visible to investors whose filters match your startup, and only inside the app. It is not published to any public URL, search engine, or third-party system. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. Open the Profile tab in the app and tap Delete Account, or email us. We will delete your profile, startup, deck, swipes, matches, messages, and device tokens within 30 days, subject to any data we are legally required to retain.

Core matchmaking and chat are free. We may introduce paid features in the future, but matching itself will always be free.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" to receive a reset link. If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, sign in the same way — there is no separate password.
